Performance Marketing Manager
Manchester City Centre
Salary: £40k-£50k depending on experience
As our client continues to grow, they are looking to bring a hungry, commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager into a stand alone role for the company to focus on end to end campaign strategy, lead optimisation and client conversion rates.
What you'll own Paid search, paid social and acquisition performance
Review platforms, marketplaces and CPL partnerships
Budget allocation, forecasting and optimisation
CAC, SQL, conversion and pipeline performance
SEO, CRO and website optimisation
ABM targeting and retargeting campaigns
Testing, attribution and channel performance
Emerging AI search opportunities
We're keen to speak with people who have B2 B performance marketing experience
Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering commercial outcomes
Strong understanding of CAC, pipeline and Lead generation and ROI
Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEO and CRO
Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams
Strong analytical and optimisation skills
Experience using AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency
The ideal candidate: You'll think beyond clicks and lead volume, understanding how marketing drives pipeline, revenue and business growth. You'll be commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance, attribution and ROI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond managing channels and take genuine ownership of a revenue-generating marketing function.
