Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high
standards while supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is an excellent

The Role
? Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
? Lead services in the Head Chef's absence
? Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
? Assist with ordering, stock control and food preparation
? Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team
? Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
? Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods
About You
? Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
? Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
? Experience within quality restaurant or gastro pub environments
? Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills

? Team player with a genuine desire to learn and progress
