Proven experience in purchasing administration, including raising and processing purchase orders.

A leading electronics manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.

Key responsibilities for the Procurement Coordinator will include and will not be limited to:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Keep purchasing records and supplier details up to date
  • Track orders and chase suppliers to keep deliveries on time
  • Speak with suppliers about delivery dates, prices and stock availability
  • Help maintain accurate stock records
  • Keep works order purchasing paperwork up to date
  • Support the Purchasing and Stores teams with day-to-day admin

Key skills and experience required for Procurement Coordinatorjob applicant and will not be limited to:

  • Experience in purchasing or purchasing admin
  • Strong organisation and admin skills; able to work to tight deadlines
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal) and a good team player
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good understanding of purchasing admin processes
  • Electronics manufacturing experience preferred
  • PCB assembly knowledge helpful; global supply chain knowledge a plus
