As a Senior Sales Advisor, youll help individuals and families find the right care, while building relationships, achieving realistic targets and making a real impact.

Up to £27,500 plus uncapped commission and great benefits.

This isnt a scripted call-centre role
Every enquiry is different.

Youll listen, understand what people need and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes.

Youll need warmth, empathy, confidence and commercial awareness, alongside a genuine drive to achieve results.

Own and manage new care enquiries
Build relationships with clients, families and professionals
Understand needs and recommend the right care
Work across our range of care services
Manage follow-ups and maximise opportunities
Work closely with operational teams
