This is an excellent opportunity for a confident production professional to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment and take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a production line.
The Role
You will lead and coordinate production operatives, ensuring the line runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership position, where you will lead from the front while also supporting production activities when required.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating production teams on a designated line Allocating tasks and ensuring production targets are achieved Monitoring quality, output and production performance Leading product changeovers and minimising downtime Supporting machine operation and basic adjustments where required Ensuring food safety, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained Completing production records and documentation accurately Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly Supporting continuous improvement and team development About You
We are seeking someone with:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food, nutrition or FMCG Experience leading, coordinating or supervising production teams Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good understanding of quality, food safety and health & safety requirements Excellent communication skills A practical, proactive and can-do attitude A willingness to remain xrnqpay hands-on and work alongside the production team
Experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operator or similar would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
