Location: West London
Salary: 15.48 per hour PAYE
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Fully Office Based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a busy property services team based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong planning, scheduling or repairs administration experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and customers and operatives are kept updated throughout the process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
  • Allocating jobs to operatives and managing diaries
  • Liaising with operatives, tenants, contractors and internal teams
  • Managing workloads and prioritising urgent repairs
  • Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales
  • Updating internal systems with accurate job and appointment information

  • Dealing with queries from customers and operatives
  • Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and communicated clearly

  • Providing general administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within repairs, maintenance, housing or property services
  • Has experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination role
  • Is confident dealing with a busy workload and changing priorities
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is comfortable working with computer systems and databases
  • Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Has a strong customer-focused approach
  • Is reliable, proactive and works well as part of a team
