An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Manager to join a growing organisation within the education and creative sector. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys developing brand campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth across multiple channels.


You will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, oversee organic marketing activity across social media, email and PR, manage content planning, and work closely with creative teams to deliver compelling brand messaging. You will also analyse campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and support the growth of a well-established international brand.


Key Responsibilities



  • - Develop and deliver multi-channel brand marketing campaigns

  • - Manage social media, email marketing, PR and content strategies

  • - Own and maintain the marketing content calendar

  • - Collaborate with creative and SEO partners to produce engaging content

  • - Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity based on insights

  • - Manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

  • - Line manage and support a Marketing Coordinator

  • - Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and product launches


About You



  • - Proven experience in brand, content, or campaign marketing

  • - Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and content strategy

  • - Excellent copywriting and communication skills

  • - Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns

  • - Strong organisational and project management abilities

  • - Comfortable analysing marketing data and reporting on performance

  • - Previous experience within education, creative industries, arts, or similar sectors would be advantageous
