Are you a passionate and reliable Cook looking for flexible work in the Braintree area? We are currently recruiting experienced School Cooks to join our busy agency team, supporting schools across Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals for children while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.
The Role:
- Preparing and cooking meals in school kitchens
- Following menus and dietary requirements
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
- Managing stock and assisting with kitchen organisation
- Working as part of a friendly kitchen team
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, or School Cook
- Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen awareness
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable attitude
- Enhanced DBS certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
