We're looking for an ambitious, technically minded Social Media Manager to join our close-knit team in Stafford.
This isn't your typical social media role. We're looking for someone who understands how social media platforms work beyond simply creating content, with strong knowledge of algorithms, analytics, platform policies, account safety and technical operations.
You'll manage a large portfolio of social media accounts, optimise performance and help develop scalable systems as the business grows.

- Manage a large portfolio of social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok.
- Oversee daily publishing schedules, account activity and content distribution.
- Ensure all accounts comply with platform terms of service, community guidelines and account safety policies.
- Monitor performance, engagement, audience growth and account health.
- Analyse data to identify trends, improve performance and develop effective growth strategies.
- Stay informed of algorithm changes, platform updates and evolving compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and account management at scale.
- Work closely with senior management to support business growth and future team expansion.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
- Technically confident and comfortable working with new software, tools and systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Proactive, ambitious and capable of solving problems independently.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Able to commute reliably to Stafford every working day.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working within the influencer and age-restricted digital creator industry.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience within influencer marketing, talent management or digital agencies.
- Experience managing social media accounts at scale.
- Familiarity with automation, reporting tools and operational workflows.
- Previous leadership experience or an ambition to progress into management.
