SENCo required to commence asap for an established secondary school part of a multi academy trust. Working 5 days of the week, 0800 - 1600 this could possibly be a long term position.

You will have overall responsibility for pupils with SEND and identify children with additional needs. Have a good working knowledge of EHCP process, Assess - Plan - Do - Review and of any reasonable adjustments required.
