- - Location: Bradford, BD3
- - Salary: 24,735 basic + uncapped bonus
- - Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm Fri 10am-4pm
- - Contract: Full-time, permanent
- - Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + option to buy/sell 5 days + additional leave for international holidays
- - Hybrid working - following completion of probation period

What You'll Be Doing
- - Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy)
- - Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
- - Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
- - Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experience
What We're Looking For
- - Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, contact centre, sales, or a similar environment, or a recent graduate eager to kick-start their career.
- - Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- - A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
