About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that top talent is identified and engaged effectively. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in creating a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of applications and interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing recruitment materials.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and providing information about the organisation and role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in developing job descriptions.

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within recruitment or HR.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
