Skilled Careers is hiring Call Handlers on a temporary basis, for a local authority from within the West Midlands Region, my client specialises within the upgrades of properties throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas
Immediate Start - Temporary Role with potential for permanent
Mon-Fri 8:30am 5:30pm
Location: Regal Court, Sovereign Road, B30 3 FJ
Hourly Rate: £16.64 PAYE
The Role:
- Inbound and outbound calls, scheduling tenant visits
- Providing outstanding customer service and answering any queries regarding tenant issues
- Inputting customers details accurately and scheduling time slots for appointments using CRM Systems
- Hitting daily, weekly KPI's, dealing with high volume of calls Daily
To be successful within this role you will need to:
- Good literacy skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a High Paced Environment
- Using the training provided navigate through our bespoke systems
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication and Listening Skills
- High Energy
- Professional & Friendly approach
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English
