Main Activities/tasks:
- Deliver (sometimes pilot) all technical training courses within the Training program.
- Provide input and assist in the development of online video-based training courses.
- Contribute to, and assist in the administration of Technical Training programmes.
- Provide input to assist in the maintenance of diagnostics and technical publications to the latest level.
- Provide input and assist in the development of content and delivery of all product/technical training for the UK dealer network.
- Provide subject matter expertise for all areas of the business.
- Provide assistance in the maintenance, cleaning, and safety adherence of all the technical training facilities at Birmingham.
- Maintain and develop the training equipment and tools for training.
- Provide input into the development of the Aftersales Training curriculum for each quarter to be published to the dealer network.
Safety β Comply, adhere to, and promote all safety standards outlined by the company.
Special requirements:
- MS Office β fully familiar and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- High Voltage trained (IMI Level 3, Level 4 not essential, but preferred).
- The ability to work with internal departments including Diagnostics and Technical Publications, Parts, Warranty, Technical Support, and Customer Service.
- The ability to liaise with Engineering and Diagnostics to ensure that product training courses are constantly kept up to date.
- Have an excellent level of communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to always present and make yourself understood by your audience.
- Be self-motivated, confident, and professional β This role is always representing the MG brand and often the face of the brand from an Aftersales perspective.
