Fabricator/Welder - Permanent Position | Bideford, Devon
LRL are currently recruiting for 2x Fabricator/Welders to join a busy workshop in Bideford, Devon, working with specialist vehicles.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Fabricator/Welders looking for a long-term, permanent position with a reputable company and the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime.
The Role
- Position: Fabricator/Welder
- Location: Bideford, Devon
- Employment: Permanent
- Basic Hours: 39 hours per week
- Working Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm (flexible)
- Basic Pay: £14.50 per hour PAYE
- Pay After Probation: £15.50 per hour PAYE
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 9 hours per day and Saturday mornings
- Overtime Available: Up to 15 hours per week
Requirements
The successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in fabrication and welding within a similar sector
- Experience working with or on specialist vehicles would be advantageous
- A strong understanding of fabrication and welding techniques
- 2x job-specific references
