Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and promoting independence
- Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
- Respecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of care
- Accurately recording visits and collaborating with colleagues
What Youll Need:
- A full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle. This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car.
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills and a caring nature
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Understanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)
- We dont offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shifts Available: Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, flexitime
COVID-19 Measures: Full PPE is provided and required for all staff.
