We're working with a leading global law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join its global BD team, supporting the Project Development & Finance practice.
This is a hands-on and proactive role, working closely with partners, lawyers and wider business teams to deliver strategic BD initiatives, identify market opportunities and support revenue generation.
The Role
- Support the implementation of BD and marketing plans aligned with wider firm strategy.
- Work with partners and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide tailored input into pitches, capability statements and client development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, clients, prospects and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Support client events, marketing communications, thought leadership and awards/directory submissions.
- Develop strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to strategically important BD projects and wider team initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Professional services BD experience, ideally within a law firm.
- Strong interest in Energy
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the legal market.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with partners.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
