You'll handle inbound calls and emails, liaise with internal teams to resolve queries, chase deliveries and manage admin tasks. Bed/furniture industry experience is essential; CRM experience (Zendesk) is a plus. You will be part of a small, friendly team with good progression and staff discounts.
