Juice Recruitment is delighted to be searching for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Part‑Time Accounts Administrator to join our client in Bath.
This is a varied role combining general accounts administration with day-to-day office duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, updating databases and assisting with stock checks.
We are looking for someone who is confident working with numbers, with strong excel experience, and excellent attention to detail.
DAY TO DAY
- Carrying out bank and account reconciliations.
- Posting transactions and maintaining the cashbook.
- Processing and recording financial information accurately.
- Updating and maintaining company databases and records.
- Assisting with regular stock checks and investigating discrepancies.
- General accounts and administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate filing and documentation.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role.
- Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
- Strong Maths skills is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage their workload.
