Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who is actively seeking to engage a Legal Post Completion Coordinator – Conveyancing on a part-time basis.

What you will be doing:
Supporting the residential conveyancing department, you will coordinate all post completion activities to include;
- Preparation of letters and documents for completion
- Checking completion statements to ensure financial calculations are correct on client and office accounts after completion
- Submission of documents to HMRC and Land Registry
- Dealing with enquiries from Mortgage Lenders regarding mortgage redemption and registration
- Adhoc duties when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven administrative experience in a legal environment, conveyancing experience would be beneficial
- The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
- First rate communication skills at all levels
