As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Basildon Office, youll be responsible for:
Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call offs, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.
This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, 08:00am to 17:00pm with 1hrs break within our Basildon Office. xrnqpay

Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided
Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft office skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders
