Our client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work within the Additional Units team in the Commercial Sales Office, based at their head office in Barnsley. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary.

They are currently seeking the very best people, to further strengthen their position within the industry by appointing dedicated individuals to share in their success.

As an Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • - Handling telephone enquiries from homeowners / occupiers.
  • - Dealing with email enquiries.
  • - Giving prices, taking orders and processing card payments.
  • - Processing orders and defects whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved.
  • - Notifying customers of their delivery slots.
  • - Responsibility for general administration duties.
  • - Undertaking other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested.

To meet the requirements of their Administrator you must be:

  • - An excellent telephone manner.
  • - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • - Strong organisational skills.
  • - A keen eye for detail as accuracy is important.
  • - Strong IT skills.
  • - Excellent timekeeping and time management skills

As their Administrator, you will also be able to:

  • - Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Meet strict deadlines.
  • - Communicate with people at all levels.
