A&O Shearman is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR Services team in Belfast. You will support the Early Careers recruitment across graduate and apprenticeship programmes, liaising with candidates, universities, and partners to promote the firm’s EC brand.
You will work with the EC Operations Manager and the wider team to source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews, and help run campus activities and events across multiple offices.
