Service Advisor – Ipswich

Salary: DOE + uncapped bonus (realistic £40,000+ OTE)
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
A well-established main dealer in Ipswich is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy service department. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
Communicate clearly with technicians and monitor job progress
Keep workshop loading and workflow running efficiently
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Identify upsell opportunities to support department performance
Maintain accurate records, warranty processes and compliance
What You'll Bring Face-to-face customer service experience
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Organised, proactive and able to manage daily workload
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Full UK manual driving licence
