Working directly on-site you will join an energetic environment operating a two-shift system across a five-day week ( 6:15 until 15:00 Mon - Thur, 6:15 until 14:45 Friday and 14:45 - 00:30 Mon -Thur and 1 in 2 Saturday's for 5 hours) . In this vital role reporting to a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will carry out essential planned maintenance, respond swiftly to plant breakdowns, and ensure long-term solutions for continuous operations. From conducting safety inspections and maintaining equipment assets to supporting and training site operatives, you will be at the heart of our commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Who you are You hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Maintenance, alongside solid experience in welding, cutting, fabrication techniques, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and thrive when solving daily challenges in a collaborative environment. You have a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring work areas remain clean and hazard-free.
