This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in personal insolvency to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of bankruptcy files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- - Managing your own portfolio of bankruptcy cases.
- - Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.
- - Preparing reports and statutory documentation.
- - Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines.
- - Supporting the wider insolvency team as required.
Ideal Candidate
- - Previous experience working within personal insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
- - Strong organisational and communication skills.
- - Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
- - Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Location: Manchester
