Staffline are recruiting for Quality Assurance Coordinator in Alton.

The rate of pay is Β£20.43 per hour.

The hours of work are: Core business hours are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm on Friday.

Starting times are between 7.30 am and 9.00 am.

Monday to Friday.

Finishing times are between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 2.00 pm and 6.00 pm on a Friday.

Your Time at Work The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and manage the internal QMS audit programme.

  • Conduct internal audits and ensure audit actions are completed.
  • Lead and support investigations into non-conformances, deviations and quality issues.
  • Manage the Change Control process.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, providing timely responses.
  • Monitor and verify CAPAs, including effectiveness checks.
  • Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide Quality support to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Participate in line trials and first production reviews from a Quality perspective.
  • Review and approve packing specifications.
  • Support Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).
  • Attend customer meetings as the Quality representative where required.

Our Perfect Worker We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Our QMS is ISO13485.

Ideally a Pharma / Medical Device / Cosmetics background.

  • Qualified Internal Auditor status (essential).
  • Previous responsibility for internal audits, CAPAs, deviations, change control and customer quality investigations.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience dealing directly with customers on quality matters.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • GMP experience (desirable).
  • Degree or equivalent in a science, engineering or manufacturing discipline (desirable).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who enjoys customer interaction, quality systems and continuous improvement.

The role offers a varied workload across internal quality activities and direct engagement with high-profile CDMO customers within the beauty, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

Success in this role will come from strong technical quality knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams.
