Administrator / Planning Coordinator
Location: Pride Park, Derby
Pay: Β£13.20 per hour
Hours: 06 00 working window 11-week rota 2 weekends in 11
Morson Edge are recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for an Administrator / Planning Coordinator to join their Workforce Planning & Optimisation Team in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to develop their career within a busy operational environment.
The Role
You ll play an important part in supporting Severn Trent s field teams by ensuring jobs are fully prepared and compliant before work begins.
- Creating accurate permits and work packs
- Coordinating information, approvals and traffic management
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, Local Authorities and customers
- Managing multiple jobs and priorities
- Responding to emergency and high-priority work
- Ensuring work is prepared correctly and completed right first time
About You
We re looking for candidates with strong administration, organisation and communication skills. Previous experience in administration, planning, scheduling, coordination or customer service would be highly beneficial.
You ll need to be:
- Organised and methodical
- Confident communicating with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Detail-focused and accurate
- Able to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- Confident using IT systems and learning new processes
- A positive team player
You don t need previous experience in the water industry transferable skills and the right attitude are what matter.
