Working with a construction company based in Channings Wood.
The role is to start asap Monday-Thursday 8am-1pm, 20 hours per week.
Paying 13.45 per hour.
Your new role
This administrator will work in the internal security admin part of my team, arranging vehicle bookings with the prison and checking clearances on the database for new starters etc. There is more to the role, but the morning is where this focus will be. Tasks may include managing enquiries, payroll, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing and payments.
Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner to meet audit requirements.
Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided.
Responding to all clients, residential and other enquiries on the phone and via email in a professional manner with a high level of customer service. Closing all enquiries within the service level agreement set to the business. Organise events, travel, accommodation etc.
Support the Office Manager with ad-hoc project-based administration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good standard of education
- Previous administrative experience
- Must be IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multitask
- Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
