Job Title: Administrator (Migration Support)

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire (S80 1 DH)

Pay Rate: 15.00 - 18.00 per hour (dependant on experience)

Start Date: Monday 5th October 2026

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Hybrid Working: 60% remote, 40% office-based (3 days from home, 2 days in office)

Lloyds Living is on an exciting journey to become one of the UK's most trusted and respected residential landlords. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Migration Support Coordinator to join our Special Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a major business transformation programme, supporting the migration of property portfolios into Lloyds Living's operating model. Working closely with Migration Compliance Managers and the Migration Lead, you will help ensure critical information, documentation and records are accurately managed, reviewed and validated throughout the migration process.

What You'll Be Doing:

Migration Administration & Document Management:

  • Organising and maintaining migration files, folders and document repositories.
  • Managing and categorising documentation received from managing agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring records are accurately named, version-controlled and stored correctly.
  • Supporting the preparation of migration work packs, trackers and handover documentation.
  • Maintaining clear and auditable records of documentation received, reviewed and outstanding.

Information Gathering & Validation:

  • Collecting information from managing agents, business stakeholders and internal systems.
  • Reviewing documentation for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Identifying missing, incomplete or inconsistent information and escalating where required.
  • Completing validation activities against established quality standards and checklists.
  • Supporting reviews of tenancy, property, compliance, financial and operational records.

Migration Project Support:

  • Assisting Migration Compliance Managers with due diligence activities.
  • Supporting portfolio readiness assessments and migration planning.
  • Maintaining trackers, action logs and issue registers.
  • Monitoring outstanding information requests and proactively following up with stakeholders.
  • Supporting governance meetings, migration milestones and operational handovers.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Following established migration procedures, controls and governance requirements.
  • Conducting quality checks on documentation and migration records.
  • Highlighting potential compliance, data quality or documentation concerns.
  • Supporting audit readiness and accurate record keeping throughout migration projects.
  • Assisting with management information and progress reporting.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Supporting communication between internal teams and external managing agents.
  • Responding professionally to information requests.
  • Providing updates on progress, risks and outstanding actions.
  • Supporting the wider Special Operations team in delivering successful migration outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administration, operations, compliance, project support or property-related role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence working with large volumes of documentation and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and follow structured procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and investigating discrepancies.
