We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Advertiser to provide administrative support for advertising and commercial activities. The role involves creating and managing advertisements, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Working hours are 9am - 4pm
Β£12.71 per hour increasing after 3 months
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update and publish advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Ensure adverts contain accurate information, pricing, images and contact details.
- Manage advertising schedules and ensure adverts are published on time.
- Maintain accurate databases, customer records and advertising documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from customers and prospective clients.
- Liaise with clients to obtain advertising information, artwork and approvals.
- Make amendments to advertisements as requested.
- Monitor advertisements and ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, reports and other administrative documents.
- Track advertising bookings, payments and renewals.
- Support the sales and commercial teams with general administration.
- Organise files, emails and digital records.
- Use spreadsheets and internal systems to maintain accurate information.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
- Ensure company procedures and advertising guidelines are followed.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration, advertising, sales or customer service experience is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
