Our client is looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their team, playing a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth running of sales and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and warranty requests.
- Support sales teams with customer queries and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and reports.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Record and follow up on customer complaints.
- Provide general administrative, reception and event support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales administration, or sales support within an office environment.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Good IT skills; CRM or database experience desirable.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Well organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional and calm when handling challenging situations.
