Field Sales Executive - Richmond Upon Thames

£23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Base: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

If so, you could be a potential candidate to join our incredible Gym team with Instore on behalf of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in the world of sports nutrition with sales in over 200 countries globally. This could be your opportunity to represent award-winning, iconic brands including Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Nutramino.

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a relevant gym, sales or retail environment or have brand ambassador experience within FMCG/Consumer goods market.

  • Strong relationship building skills and previous experience delivering against target and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of gym culture and an understanding of habits within all levels of gyms in the UK.
  • Strong organizational planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans.
  • Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence.
  • Sampling and talking knowledgeably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation.
  • Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory.
  • Provide existing accounts with ongoing support and identify additional opportunities for growth.
  • Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations.
  • Maintaining brand visual and operational excellence in compliance.
  • Develop a high performing field mentality to deliver on all KPIs.
  • Offer, without being asked, quality and concise feedback to line manager that helps to drive forward the client’s business and Retail growth strategy.
  • Fully understand the clients Retail landscape to allow for competitor advantage and seasonal opportunities to be delivered.
  • Energetic and passionate about sports nutrition.
  • Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
