Temporary Business Support Assistant Responsibilities
- Liaising with Office Managers to coordinate daily office operations across multiple sites.
- Organising visitor schedules, meeting rooms, catering, parking, and transport arrangements.
- Reporting and following up on maintenance, security, and equipment issues, liaising with external providers.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of company-wide events, training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Managing general administrative tasks including post, couriers, printing, stationery, and office stock management.
- Maintaining office procedures and documentation on internal platforms and supporting ad hoc projects such as office set-ups.
- Ensuring the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-stocked through coordination with service providers.
Temporary Business Support Assistant Rewards
- Β£14.42 Β£15.87 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Temporary Business Support Assistant Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with office management systems or platforms such as Confluence is desirable.
- Valid driver s licence and access to own vehicle are essential for this role.
Location
Based primarily in Abingdon, the role involves some travel to other sites within Oxfordshire. Reliable transport is required to support a fully office-based role.
