We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant and Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a boutique consulting and investment business. This is a varied remote role combining executive support, business administration, tender coordination, and property management assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to help manage consulting operations, investment activities, supplier coordination, and general business affairs.

  • Maintain digital filing systems, records, and administrative documentation
  • Conduct research to support consulting projects and business development
  • Support document preparation, proofreading, and presentation formatting
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and consultant coordination
  • Property and Investment Administration
  • Support management of property investments and related administrative activities
  • Coordinate with tenants, agents, contractors, and service providers
  • Identify and engage suppliers, contractors, and external service providers
  • Assist with invoice tracking, expense administration, and operational tasks
  • Support implementation and improvement of internal business processes

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, Administrative, or Business Support role is required. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities remotely, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in property administration or tenant management, basic bookkeeping or finance administration experience, and experience using project management or CRM systems are also preferred.

Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly rate depending on experience and qualifications.
