Growing organisation, that is looking for an experienced Senior IT & Infrastructure Manager to join their Operational Excellence function in Scotland. You will play a key part in the strategic planning, development & support of all IT Solutions and Services & team in Scotland.
The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating & delivering a wide range of IT projects and change initiatives across the business technology & Infrastructure. Responsible for IT incidents & services, delivered in both internal & external, as required by the business. Tasked with management & maintenance of the business systems, architecture and infrastructure. To manage security alerts & provide a robust & proactive reliable level of service for all stakeholders.
What we are looking for from you…
- Strong Technical IT background working in a similar environment
- Strong communicator, with the ability to engage, collaborate and take people on a journey to deliver meaningful business change.
- Experience of managing IT Service Desk & business services to the contact centre.
- Infrastructure project management implementation experience required
- Strong experience in different IT methodology - Azure AD & Microsoft technology & solutions
- Experience of working on digital IT projects/change initiatives.
- Good stakeholder engagement, with the ability to engage at a variety of levels.
