Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of Close Protection experience supporting High-Net-Worth (HNW) or Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals.
Demonstrated experience providing dedicated protection and lifestyle support to young principals attending school, university, or residing overseas is mandatory.
- Proven track record of operating within family office, private family, or UHNW environments where discretion, trust, and relationship management are critical.
- Experience balancing security requirements with the principal's desire for independence, privacy, and a normal social and academic lifestyle.
- Extensive experience in planning, secure transportation, international travel accompaniment, and residential security management.
- Previous responsibility for coordinating with educational institutions, residence management, household staff, chauffeurs, and external service providers is highly desirable.
- Additional Key Requirement
The successful candidate must have previously held a comparable role supporting a young HNW/UHNW principal in an educational or family office environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to provide both unobtrusive protection and trusted day-to-day support.
