We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our fast-growing travel eSIM business at Orbit Mobile. Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you’ll play a key role in coordinating across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Support teams—ensuring timely execution of our high-impact projects. You’ll help drive new product rollouts, platform integrations, and strategic initiatives that support our growth across new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage cross-functional projects across product, marketing, commercial, and support from kickoff to delivery
- Coordinate execution of new country launches, product rollouts, and commercial campaigns
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, ClickUp)
- Work closely with tech vendors and platform providers to ensure stable integrations
- Identify risks and blockers early, and work with stakeholders to resolve them quickly
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain momentum and clarity across time zones
- Support legal and finance with documentation and compliance-related coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in digital services, telecom, or tech
- Experience working with Product Managers, Marketing, and Support teams on coordinated rollouts
- Familiarity with mobile app and web development cycles and associated delivery processes
- Confident using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments, coordinating sprint deliverables and timelines
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones (e.g., UK, Dubai)
- Structured, outcome-driven, and highly organized
- Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
