This pivotal finance leader will support our international finance function with a broad remit, including oversight of global accounting operations, financial planning, deployment of shared service operations, multi-currency consolidation, financial reporting, integration efforts, and compliance across multiple countries and legal entities.
You will ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and other relevant cross-border regulatory frameworks, while also contributing to process improvements and strategic finance initiatives. This opportunity provides exceptional professional growth and exposure to C-suite decision-making.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role within a complex, fast-paced international organization.
- Hands-on experience deploying or scaling a finance shared service centre.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-currency consolidation.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Experience managing a shared service centre supporting multiple business units.
- SOX compliance expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting.
- M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting support, and post-acquisition integration.
- Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-national organisation.
Compensation: Base Salary £200,000 Bonus: 40% plus other competitive benefits
