Overview

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to take on the role of Global Pricing Manager. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing global pricing strategies to optimise revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness across all product lines and services. The position provides full financial support for competitive bids and the execution of commercial strategies across all international markets. The individual will also offer expert financial support for major clients and pursuits, which includes profitability audits and providing recommendations for rebid and tender scenarios.

The role requires developing and maintaining sophisticated pricing models and providing financial data to leadership for important business decisions. This includes conducting in-depth financial analysis of pricing performance, covering revenue, gross margin, CLTV, and ROI for pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modelling & Analysis: The role requires developing and maintaining sophisticated pricing models and providing financial data to leadership for important business decisions. This includes conducting in-depth financial analysis of pricing performance, covering revenue, gross margin, CLTV, and ROI for pricing initiatives.
  • Strategic Pricing & Execution: The manager will lead the creation and execution of global pricing strategies, adapting them to local market conditions and ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The position involves partnering with regional finance and sales teams to ensure a consistent pricing methodology and process execution across different markets. The individual will also provide training and support on pricing tools and policies to regional teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: The manager will collect, analyse, and report accurate and timely data to provide pricing recommendations. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting variances to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience supporting international markets with financial metrics, statements, or models.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various functions and geographies.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • A strategic mindset with sharp business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
  • The ability to travel internationally as needed.

Pay range and compensation package

The position offers a competitive salary and bonus based on experience. Benefits include 5 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, and access to employee benefits like perks at work.

The role is predominantly based in a London Head Office.

Work-Life Balance: The work week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
