We are urgently seeking an experienced Executive Sales Hunter for an exciting Executive Sales Director role for an Automotive Service Provider in the UK. This role will oversee landing and expanding with Automotive Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs across UK, Ireland and NORDICs.
Layout: Remote, with travel included. Salary: Can be flexible depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full sales cycle – from strategic lead generation to deal closure – with a focus on high-value Tier 1 and OEM automotive accounts.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for expansion across the targeted geographies.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders at prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer pain points and position tailored service solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and market intelligence.
- 15+ years of service sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
- Proven track record as a hunter – landing large, complex deals and expanding accounts across multi-national regions.
- Strong network within the automotive ecosystem in the UK, Ireland, and/or NORDICs.
- Experience producing revenues north of 10m.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the target geographies.
- Background in automotive technology services, engineering solutions, or after-market services.
- Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-growth service providers.
