Responsibilities:
- Datacenter Operations: Oversee implementation of physical security policies and procedures.
- Security & safety incident management: Gather/Retrieve data centre reported incidents and actioning.
- Perform analysis to detect security threats, risks, alerts and escalate to the proper incident response teams for further action if necessary.
- Access control management: Manage Internal and External Access Requests.
- Routine Audit and management of Access Control Lists, internal ticket management, and process for physical access/internal systems permissions.
- Log reviews.
- Authorized User Management.
- CCTV and Security Camera Management.
- Shipment compliance - Inbound/Outbound request Management and Compliance/Policy - Validation and assurance of deliveries from couriers to data centre/warehouse acceptance and record - Vendor and Employee Hand Carry.
- Security Protocols: Implement processes and plans to support the physical protection of company personnel and assets.
- Media Handling/Destruction: COD (Destruction/Sanitization) of Media Disk verification and Tracking.
- Bad Media Monitoring/Dashboard and Process.
- Destruction Vendor Operations Management.
- Smart Lock Access Management.
- Hardware: Decommission, RMA, and Migration of equipment handling.
- Diagnosing security hardware issues and reporting findings for escalation.
- Support Datacenter by overseeing decommissions, migrations, and vendor management from a security perspective.
- Support Physical Audit for Security and Compliance.
- Operations: Work alongside cross functional teams such as Operations, Logistics, Compliance, IRC, and Engineering teams.
- Participate in improving and driving processes and standard operating procedures.
- Review the data center infrastructure maintenance notice, analyse the impact to operation and follow up the change request if necessary.
- Perform the operation performance and incident review with data center providers.
- Data Accuracy: Have internal/external ticketing system for tracking all requests (JIRA).
- Associate project-related shipment tickets with TPM project tickets and keep them updated.
- Work with data centres, Internal/External Teams for Security Initiatives and Processes.
- Process Improvement Support.
- Vendor Support: Initial POC for all Edge Operations Vendor Queries relating to security/compliance.
- Maintain current Access Control List and Access/Inbound/Outbound tickets.
- Schedule onsite technicians and provide site access requests for all ad-hoc/scheduled activities.
- Submit Vendor Remote Hands Requests to support physical works on site.
- Perform regular audits for all site portals, inventory, and hours performed by vendors.
- Schedule vendors for ERAD for Reverse logistics and oversee the activities.
- QBR for all vendors.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a high-level attention to detail, security operations and project management across multiple stakeholders and time zones, flexible with numerous tracking platforms and sheets, and keen on improvement processes and solutions. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred with a plus in working in the Telco/Infrastructure field with security focused/priority and managing external vendors and data centres.
