About the Role: In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the Global Indirect Procurement function and the wider business, ensuring effective strategy deployment and contributing valuable insights to strategic operating reviews. You will lead a global team of ~40 Procurement leaders and buyers managing indirect spend across multiple business units—including Logistics, Professional Services, IT, Marketing, MRO, and Capital Equipment—while also steering the Global Indirect category team and developing the next generation of Procurement talent. You will be accountable for driving productivity targets across the Indirect category on a global scale.
