AI Fund Raiser / Investment Associate

Our cross border AI/ Web3 / Gaming / New Technology AI Investments team is growing and we are looking for smart and capable and experienced Fund Raiser/ Deal Maker/ Associate to join us.

This is to further grow, bring investments to and built further investor relations and corporate development capability. This would also include bringing experienced person\’s their existing network of contacts within Web3, Tech , AI and gaming space with decision makers only if they have those.

The role will compromise raising funding for the AI The successful candidate will be working with very experienced and highly competent team. Opportunities for further grow are open to this person.

This role would in particular require to use the current network of large AI investors, having good contacts with largest global enterprises , Web 3 Investors, HNW Individuals and Strategic Investors to develop our new offering and be familiar with various financial and strategic partnerships deals structures, as well as new technologies, in particular AI, also Web3 broader and gaming and have genuine and real interest in deepening their knowledge.

The Role

On daily basis you will:

· Assist your senior colleagues with day to day Research, Analytics , finding relevant Partnerships targets for our companies in the group

· Work on working on origination of the potential , and close collaboration with our team of structuring, as well as target companies we are partnering with, or working with.

· You would be familiar with communication with large and smaller companies and their leadership with previous demonstrated track record in this.

· Represent Company as a spokesperson to the AI, Tech and Web 3 and gaming community with a focus on educating current and prospective partners about the Company\’s strategy, performance and market opportunities company is offering

· Support Company strategy and business development needs through identification, assessment of external partners, technologies, and companies themselves and corporate development opportunities further as previously mentioned above.

· Collaborate with senior leaders around the company bringing corporate development opportunities in a progressive, systematic and routine fashion.

· Have experienced of maintaining good reputation and excellent relationships with companies

· Assess the mix of the investor base and create a plan to target long-term investors that are a good strategic fit

You should apply if:

· You have passion as Intern and significant professional experience in one (or more) of the following areas: Deal Maker, Fund Raiser, Partnerships making in the New Technology, Technology space , investment/hedge fund sales, M&A at an large tech company and/ or investment bank or large global corporation, marketing company or want to change career and recruitment company .

· TMT experience and computer games a must or/and willingness to learn fast

· You have experience working with major investors across the world especially in Europe and have proven track record of that and in the US. Experience of working across Asia, especially Singapore highly desirable.

· You have the ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems.

· You have great relationship-building skills.

· You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· You have great presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.

· You are knowledgeable and interested about Web 3, gaming tech & banking industries.

· You have excellent professional reputation , can travel and enjoys travelling and want to be involved in big projects.

· Exceptional working capabilities and want to achieve excellent results. Results orientated, following given guidelines is most likely the main skill.
