A leading English Language School is seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to join its busy international sales team. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently converting opportunities into revenue. The role is focused on driving growth across global markets, giving you full ownership of your sales pipeline from lead generation through to conversion.

Supported by an experienced and collaborative marketing team, you will have the autonomy to build your own client base, identify new opportunities and build strong partnerships, while working closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience. This position is ideally suited to a disciplined and goal-oriented salesperson who enjoys the pursuit of new business, takes accountability for delivering budget, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

You will be comfortable working independently, managing your own activity levels, and maintaining a strong focus on KPIs and sales performance. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, numerically focused, and able to demonstrate a proven track record of generating revenue, exceeding sales targets, and delivering measurable results in a similar sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and develop a strong pipeline of clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to booking confirmation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets and KPIs
  • Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners and direct clients
  • Represent the school at UK and international sales meetings, events, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM record
  • Provide market insight and commercial data to support wider business decisions
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless client experience
