You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow (HA1), West London. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team-work driven and has a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. Salary: circa £28,000 depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in Consumer Goods and in particular in the Fragrance, Cosmetics & Toiletries Industry. Hybrid Working as appropriate and performance related discretionary bonus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for production and quality control of our fragrances. Working closely with the Production team and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for assisting in the production, testing and packaging process while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for fragrance will ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and quality
- Document and report any deviations or quality issues promptly
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related quality concerns
- Look at packaging for our products
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, and request replenishment as needed
- Comply with regulatory and environmental requirements relevant to fragrance production
- Prepare reports as required
- Work with cross functional teams to produce our fragrances
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Confident in using Microsoft Office & ideally MS Dynamics
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to quality and standards
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
