Capital Formation, Director+ (Credit Fund) in Slough

Our client is an excellent credit investment fund looking to add an ambitious and dedicated capital formation professional that can leverage their expertise in raising capital from global investor base.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in capital formation across a diverse range of institutional investors for various of the firm\’s strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven track-record raising capital for credit/hedge fund strategies as well as cultivating strong LP relationships across EMEA and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sophisticated fundraising strategies alongside the senior global management and investment team
• Proactively seek new investor relationships for the firm amongst pension funds, insurance companies, consultants, endowments and foundations, family offices, fund of funds, etc.
• Aim to strengthen existing investor relationships
• Craft compelling proposals and oversee fundraising campaigns, whilst leading the creation of investor marketing materials
