We are presently advising a leading credit investor seeking to add an experienced Investment Professional for its London office. The firm is a highly established player in distressed and special situations credit, with a long-standing track record of strong performance. Continued fund performance and AuM growth have created the need to add senior investment talent to the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, analysing, and executing complex distressed and special situations investments across public and private markets.
Role Responsibilities- Deep engagement in complex restructurings, hybrid capital solutions, and control-oriented strategies, including loanâtoâown and distressedâforâcontrol situations.
- Regular interaction with restructuring advisors, bank desks, insolvency practitioners, and legal advisors in sourcing opportunities.
- Presenting investment theses to senior investment professionals and investment committees.
Candidates will require Directorâlevel experience within a distressed or special situations credit platform, or relevant experience from an opportunistic credit or special situations private equity environment.
