Position Purpose
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the positioning, promotion, and go-to-market strategy of our unique trading program. You'll play a strategic and executional role - bridging market needs, customer insights, and product capabilities to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth research on the proprietary trading & CFD broker landscape, including industry trends, competitor offerings, trader behaviours, and regional market dynamics.
- Build and maintain trader personas to inform messaging, campaigns, and feature prioritisation.
- Develop and refine clear value propositions and messaging tailored to different trader personas and segments.
- Propose strategic differentiation strategies to strengthen market appeal.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Planning
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product features, program milestones, and updates.
- Own end-to-end launch planning—including messaging frameworks, timelines, team enablement materials, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, website, social, paid, etc.).
- Create and maintain sales support materials such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards.
- Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs for marketing initiatives, user acquisition, engagement, and program success.
- Deliver reporting and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform product decisions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech.
- Proven ability to craft positioning, launch products, and execute go-to-market strategies, with strong knowledge of the retail trading sector, trading platforms, proprietary trading, and trader motivations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign analytics and performance tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
