Investment Analyst – Opportunistic Credit

Our client, a top-performing credit fund, is seeking a talented Investment Analyst to join their Credit Opportunities team in London.

The role will involve analysing and executing investments across public and private markets, covering long/short, pull-to-par, stressed/distressed , and special situations strategies in Europe.

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of European leveraged credit markets across high yield and distressed bonds, loans, and private debt instruments.
• Strong fundamental credit skills and experience generating investment ideas for committee discussion.
• Ability to build and maintain an origination network across banks, advisors, and legal contacts.
• Clear, confident communication and effective collaboration within an investment team.

Ideal Background

• Associate-level (or above) experience in credit investing, or a relevant background in special situations investing, restructuring advisory, or as a leveraged credit desk analyst.
